1. Service Description

Balasa is a multi-tenant AI customer operations platform that integrates with WhatsApp Business API, WeChat Work, and web chat. It generates AI-powered draft replies reviewed by human agents before sending.

2. Account Registration

Businesses register via self-service signup. Each business must provide accurate information and is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and all applicable laws. Automated message sending is disabled by default and requires explicit configuration.

4. Limitation of Liability

Balasa is provided "as is". Balasa is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
